SHIPPING AND RETURNS
All orders are shipped within 3 business days* and are shipped using either the United States Postal Service, UPS or FedEx Ground depending on the size of order and location of delivery. You will receive a shipping notification via email with tracking once the item has shipped.
Ground shipping is free in the USA. Please inquire about expedited shipping and international shipping by emailing us at email@example.com and we will respond within 24 hours.
* During the the hot season shipping times may be longer as we do not ship Thursday-Sunday to avoid product sitting on hot trucks and potentially melting.
Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are truly unsatisfied with your product, you may return it for a full refund (less shipping and handling) provided you notify us via email firstname.lastname@example.org within 5 business days of proof of receipt. This does not include sale items. All sale items are final sale.
When requesting your return, please include a reason for your return request and your order number. Once your return is approved we will send you shipping return label. You must return the item within 14 days from the date of purchase.
The product must be returned with its original receipt, in its original packaging, and with a Return Authorization number that we will provide to you via email. Returns may be denied or delayed if the above requirements are not met. You will be refunded on your original form of payment less shipping within 48 hours after return of the item.
If your product arrives damaged, please email email@example.com or call 323-457-3857 within 2 days of proof of delivery. We will provide you with a prepaid mailing label for your return and you will be asked to return the damaged item within 5 business days of receipt of return label. You will be refunded on your original form of payment within 48 hours after return of the item.
