SHIPPING
All orders, with the exception of preorders, are shipped within 3-5 business days* and are shipped using either the United States Postal Service, UPS or FedEx Ground depending on the size of order and location of delivery.
We process orders Monday-Friday 9-5 EST, any order placed after 12pm Thursday will be processed the following week. You will receive a shipping notification via email with tracking once the item has shipped.
Expedited shipping is available Monday-Thursday only.
LITE+CYCLE is not responsible for stolen or lost packages or inaccurate mailing addresses, or unforeseen delays from the couriers.
All paper shipping materials are recyclable. We use biodegradable peanuts, which can be dissolved in water. More info here
* During the the hot season shipping times may be longer as we do not ship Thursday-Sunday to avoid product sitting on hot trucks and potentially melting.

Only items that are unopened, unused and with original packaging are eligible for an exchange. All requests must be made within 7 days of receipt date.

You will then be emailed instructions. Only items that are given authorization, and arrive in new condition (unopened, unused, and with all packaging intact) will be accepted.
Our candles burn with a lighter scent than commercial synthetic fragrances. Due to their natural state, the burn patterns and colors vary. If you have questions about scents, please email us so we can help you make the best choice.
