Refund policy
Returns
LITE+CYCLE candles are made in small batches by hand. We take pride in all that we do. However if you are unhappy with your purchase please notify us within 3 business days of proof of delivery in order to make an exchange.
We do not accept returns for full refund. We will gladly exchange an item that is unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, when notified within 3 business days of proof of delivery. We will replace any damaged goods, once we receive the defected item, and when notified within 3 business days of proof of delivery.
To complete your exchange and replace your item, we require a receipt or proof of purchase as well as the original item returned to us.
Please do not send your purchase back without an Return Authorization number provide by us.
If you need to send an item back for any reason please send us an email at info@liteandcycle.com and we will provide a Return Authorization number (once approved) as well as instructions on how to send back the goods.
Sale Items are no exchangeable or refundable.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for any exchanges. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
